I am currently pursuing a MA in Art History at the University of St Andrews in Scotland, with an expected graduation in June 2026. I also hold an International Foundation Programme Certificate in Business, specializing in Management, Economics, and Finance, which I completed with High Merit.
Presently, I serve as the Head of Marketing & Publicity for Reclaim Runway, an emerging fashion show that features garments designed from upcycled fabrics. This initiative, which emphasizes community and sustainability, resonates deeply with my personal values. In this role, I have redesigned the Reclaim Runway logo and spearheaded a comprehensive social media marketing strategy in preparation for our launch in Autumn 2024. Leading a small team, I personally create graphics, edit videos for Reels and TikTok, and develop content to ensure our distinctive presence in the university's fashion show scene.
Previously, as the Lead Graphic Designer at Out n About, I was responsible for creating social media graphics, recording and editing TikToks, and implementing in-person marketing strategies. During my internship at Ever Lasting Fabric, I designed SEO-optimized blogs, mood boards, social media content, and graphics for email newsletters.
At The Art Project, I enhanced my IT skills through website development and collaborated closely with artists to create their portfolios, further refining my communication skills. My marketing expertise was expanded through my work with Out n About and Music Fund, where I gained valuable experience in graphic design using Adobe Suite and social media marketing.
In addition to my marketing roles, I have held several leadership positions, including Class Representative at the University of St Andrews and Head of Marketing for Saints LGBT+ and JazzWorks St. Andrews. These experiences have equipped me with strong leadership and project management skills.
I am eager to pursue a career in social media marketing, where I can leverage my experience in video editing, graphic design, and strategic marketing to drive impactful campaigns and promote sustainable practices.
